                          Meeting, 8pm in the Parochial House, B11 3JN

2. Wed.15^th:       Restore Open Meeting, St John’s Church, Vivian Road         

                           entrance, Harborne B17 9PT from 7.30-9.30pm.  

                           All are welcome at this meeting focusing on ‘Destitution’.    

                           Andy Jolly, Destitution Project Coordinator of the Children’s

                           Society, will speak about their work in supporting families

                           who are destitute. Also feedback on the summer holiday

                           programme and voucher exchange scheme.

              Open Meeting at Carrs Lane Church Centre, Birmingham

                           6.30pm for a bring and share meal. Speaker at 7pm:

                           Richard Burden MP on “A Just Peace for Palestine”

5. Thurs. 30^th:     CAFOD - an evening with Director Chris Bain

                           7pm (tea and coffee) for 7.30pm start, ending by 9.30pm.

                           St Dominic’s Parish Centre, Station Road, Stone, Staffs.

                           Chris will talk about CAFOD’s role and work in 2010                           

                           and his experiences overseas. All welcome.

     Thurs.30th     issues and training for befriending refugees and asylum
