The Commission held it's Annual Assembly on 13 October 2007 At St Peter's Catholic School, Whitefields Rd, Solihull. 

The theme of this year's assembly was  Stewards of Creation,  Living Simply, Sustainably and in Solidarity with the poor. 

 Our new auxillary Bishop, William Kenney  represented the Archbishop on the day.

Key note Speakers were Sean McDonagh  Columban Missionary and writer on justice  and the environment and Ellen Teague Journalist and campaigner on justice, peace and ecology.

The day was a great success, with over 180 people attending.
